Thirty-three years of experience in planning and supervision of
financial institution audits, internal control system design, and
fraud investigations. Serviced over 300 credit unions. Other audit
experience includes internal audit design, credit union risk
management programs, training internal auditors and Supervisory
Committee members in responsibilities, and credit union service
organizations.
Robin designed the original concepts of Doeren Mayhew’s AREST audit methodology.
Management Consulting
Mergers and consolidations of 40 credit unions, business process
reengineering, CUSO business plan and feasibility studies, board
strategic planning, functional cost analysis, design of credit union
policy manuals, microcomputer software developed for credit unions,
modeling and forecasting projects, branch, ATM, and product
profitability studies.
